A Community Conservatory Program
Stretching for Life is the Community Conservatory's school year pre–professional dance program for Hartford and Greater Hartford students ages 3 – 24.
Community Track
Adult Community Class
When we dance, we feed our artistic and spiritual needs. We stretch to a full range of motion. Building strength is through repetitive movement; and the practice of dance develops our stamina to absorb the day-to-day challenges that allows you to gain optimal physical fitness.Each class is tailored to include every participant. Saturday Program
If you are interested in dance and wanting to try it out but not dive all the way in, this track is for you! It's the same rigor, but a lighter schedule and you will have many of the same opportunities as a Conservatory Student.
